Hotel booking for ACO World Super Senior (65+) Chess Championship 2025

ACO is the organizer of the chess tournament ACO World Super Senior (65+) Chess Championship 2025 and arranges accommodation (with All-inclusive) for all participants in the 5-star Atlantica Belvedere (or in the nearby sister hotel 5-star Atlantica Beach Resort). The contractual partner for the accommodation is the hotel (Atlantica Hotels & Resorts, P.O. Box 52001, Potamos Yermasoyias, 4060 Limassol, Cyprus).

The arranged hotel booking and the registration for the chess tournament take place in two separate steps:

• Enter the data for yourself and any accompanying persons below.
• Choose your room type and, if desired, extra nights.
• Check the summary of your booking. If everything is correct, please press “Complete booking” at the bottom.
• Immediately after that, you will receive an email with the hotel confirmation.
• Please also check your spam folder in case you did not receive the email.
• Afterwards, you will receive a separate email with the link to the registration form for the chess tournament.

Hotel booking without risk!

• No deposit payment is required upon booking.
• Free cancellation of the hotel booking until April 28, 2025.

Hotel payment procedure

• 200 EUR per room by April 10, 2025, by bank transfer to the hotel. This confirms your hotel booking. In the event of a cancellation, the amount will be refunded.
• The remaining amount must be transferred to the hotel‘s bank account by April 18, 2025, at the latest.
• In case of late payment, the booking will be automatically cancelled by the hotel.
• One month before the due date, you will receive a payment reminder by email.
• For cancellations after April 28, 2025, or no-shows, the hotel will charge 100% of the total amount as a cancellation fee.
